GENERAL INFORMATION

Standard Terms and Conditions

▪ A 50% deposit is required to secure reservations. On receipt of your deposit a reservation

confirmation shall be emailed to you.

▪ The balance of deposits are payable prior to departure from Tsakane Safari Camp.

▪ The full deposit shall be refunded for cancellations made 30 days prior to the reservation date.

▪ 50% of the deposit shall be refunded for cancellations made within 30 days and after 7 days

prior to the reservation date.

▪ Deposits cannot be refunded for cancellations made within 7 days prior to the reservation date.

▪ The company’s standard waiver of liability shall be signed by all Guests on arrival to the Tsakane.

▪ Prices quoted are valid for a take-up period of 7 days.

▪ All prices exclude the Balule Nature Reserve entrance fee of R 30.00 per vehicle.

▪ Tsakane reserves the right to cancel reservations, in which case deposits shall be refunded in

full.

Malaria

Anti-malaria medication is advised especially during the summer months between September and April.

Please consult a medical practitioner in this regard.

Climate

Summer: September to April. Days are hot (Ave 32C) and nights warm (Ave 22C).

Winter: May to August. Days are warm (Ave 25C) and nights cool (Ave 5C)

Reservations shall be confirmed on receipt of the deposit prescribed on your quotation.
